Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the allowed time may not be eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

5. Replacement

In some cases, we may offer a product replacement instead of a refund if the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
